General Questions
Who is Quadient?

Will my existing contracts or service agreements with Package Concierge remain valid?
Your existing contract and service agreements will remain in place. The acquisition does not affect the terms and conditions of your existing contract and service agreement.
How will this acquisition impact my current pricing or subscription rates?
Your current pricing will remain unaffected by this change. You will continue to be billed per the terms of your agreement.
Will the transition affect the warranty or maintenance terms of my installed lockers?
The transition does not affect the warranty or maintenance terms of your installed lockers.
How can I get support or escalate an issue during the transition period?
There will be no immediate change to your usual support services, so you are able to access support using your usual contacts available on https://www.packageconcierge.com/support/.
Can I still order accessories, or additional lockers for my existing system?
Yes, the way you order accessories or additional lockers remains unchanged.
Customer Support
Will I have the same account manager or support representative, or will there be new points of contact?
You will continue to maintain the same account manager and support representative, with the added support of our parcel pending team members.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with my system during the transition?

Resident questions
Do I need to register to a new Quadient account?
If your apartment community is using a Package Concierge locker, no action is required on your part. Your account will stay exactly as it is.
Will my Package Concierge customer account change or be deactivated?
Your Package Concierge account does not change.
Will my fees change?
There is no effect on your current service fees.
Who should I contact if I am not receiving delivery notifications?
You can contact your usual Package Concierge customer service at 1-888-989-7225 or [email protected].
Who should I contact if my Package Concierge locker system is not working?
You can contact your usual Package Concierge customer service at 1-888-989-7225 or [email protected] or go to https://www.packageconcierge.com/support/.
Will I be automatically registered if I move to another apartment community that has a Parcel Pending by Quadient locker?
You will need to cancel your Package Concierge account and sign up for a Parcel Pending by Quadient account, but don’t worry, that’s easy to do. Most apartment communities will register you when you move in. You can also go to my.parcelpending.com and select “Sign Up.”
You can try to locate your account by entering the email you provided to your apartment community when you signed your lease. If you still cannot register for an account, please contact your leasing office.
Which couriers does Parcel Pending by Quadient work with?
We work with any and all couriers, including local couriers.
