Georgianna W. Oliver
Georgianna W. Oliver is the Founder of Package Concierge. A natural entrepreneur, she strives to turn problems into opportunities by building successful businesses that provide solutions. An advocate for housing and education, she is a founding board member of the NLHA Education fund. A native Oklahoman, she is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University.
Co-Founder & President
Barry Hume is the co-founder and President of Package Concierge. Former President of Mats. Inc. where he served for 14 years, he is a strong executive with all the skills necessary to manage a growing company. He has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard and an MBA from Dartmouth. In his spare time he focuses on family and his new dog, Paris.
Chief Operating Officer
John Doyle is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Package Concierge. He possesses over 10 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry including serving as COO for a property management software consulting firm. He has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree from Indiana University. In his spare time, John trains and competes in masters and open water swimming and has served on the board of various non-profits.
Director of Operations
Lindsey Wilker is a graduate from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business. Lindsey brings her strong passion and over 9 years of experience in the multifamily industry to our team. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her English bulldog- Nuggie.
National Director of Sales
Regan Hartley is a graduate of Suffolk University where she studied Marketing and Public Relations. She started her career in commercial real estate sales in Boston, Ma. A former Miss New Hampshire, Regan was the first runner up to the Miss America Quality of Life Award where she was recognized for her work on HB1523, New Hampshire's first anti-bullying law. Regan has a strong passion for community service and currently works with Stand Up NH, Young Rescuers USA and the Miss Portsmouth Area Scholarship Program. In her spare time she enjoys singing / songwriting and traveling.
Director of Installation and Design
Louis Baccari holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and a Master’s in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Louie’s extensive knowledge in project management and his attention to detail make him the perfect person to handle our installations. When Louie isn’t cooking or eating (healthy), you can find him working out at the Crossfit gym.
Director of Product and Client Services
Valerie Cabral is a graduate of Wheaton College and a lifelong resident of the Bay State. She has a passion for technology that is rivaled only by her passion for theatre and music, which she performs with the Norton Singers. Otherwise, when not at work, she spends time with her menagerie of rescued pets.
